1. Scope

1.1 The following general terms and conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts that you enter into with us, aventurin bio-energetische Kosmetik GmbH, via our website www.aventurin.de  shut down.

1.2 A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for a purpose that is predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed. Unless otherwise agreed, the inclusion of your own conditions that may have been used is contradicted.

1.3 An entrepreneur is any natural or legal person or a legal partnership who, when concluding a legal transaction, is exercising their independent professional or commercial activity.

2. Conclusion of the contract

2.1 The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but only an invitation to order.

2.2 By clicking the button [Buy / order for a fee] you place a binding order for the goods listed on the order page e. Your purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation by email immediately after receiving your order.

3. Right of withdrawal

​

3.1  You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

​

3.2 The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods. ​

3.3 If you, as a consumer, make use of your right of withdrawal according to section 3.1, you have to bear the costs of the return.

4. Prices and shipping costs

​

4.1  The prices stated on the product pages include VAT.

​

4.2 In addition to the prices quoted, we charge a flat rate of EUR 3.95 per order for delivery within Germany. From a gross order amount of 40.00 euros, there are no shipping costs. The shipping costs are clearly communicated to you in the shopping cart system and on the order page.

4.3 For deliveries to other European countries a fixed shipping fee of EUR 3.95 will be charged regardless of the order amount.  Countries outside the EU zone face an added shipping fee of 6.95 euros.

5. Delivery

​

5.1  We only deliver within Germany and other European countries, including Switzerland.

​

5.2 Delivery is carried out by Deutsche Post and DHL. The deliverer is liable if the goods are damaged.

6. Retention of title

​

6.1 The goods remain the property of aventurin bio-energetischen Kosmetik GmbH until the purchase price has been fully reimbursed.

7. Dispute Resolution

​

7.1 The EU Commission has created an internet platform for the online settlement of disputes. The platform serves as a point of contact for the out-of-court settlement of disputes regarding contractual obligations arising from online sales contracts. More information is available at the following link: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr .  We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in a dispute settlement procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
